Information we may collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through the enquiry or review forms: name, email, phone number, business, project type, message, review text and rating. We also collect technical information required to operate the website. Audience data is collected only after optional cookies are accepted.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer enquiries, prepare proposals, communicate about projects, moderate and publish reviews and keep the website secure. The legal basis may be steps requested before a collaboration, our legitimate interest in operating the website or your consent, as applicable.

Technical providers

Forms are processed through Netlify, content and reviews may be managed in Sanity, and Google Analytics 4 is used only after consent. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses or phone numbers to Analytics, and we do not sell personal information.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to answer an enquiry, manage a collaboration and comply with applicable obligations. Approved reviews remain public until they are withdrawn or no longer relevant.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email teo@urbanproduction.ro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
